I started Coach’s Corner because I’ve spent years around San Diego water polo—as a coach, teammate, and fan—and I saw a gap in the kind of coverage our community deserves. The athletes here work incredibly hard, the coaches are knowledgeable, and the competition is always intense, yet there hasn’t been a consistent space dedicated to analyzing, celebrating, and breaking down our local game.
This site is my way of giving back: providing the insights I’ve learned, highlighting standout performances, and documenting what makes water polo in San Diego special. Whether it’s player spotlights, weekly breakdowns, or deeper coaching perspectives, my goal is to offer content that is thoughtful, honest, and genuinely useful.
